You’ll be glad to know that with the Bygones online store, you have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to request an exchange or refund.

Certain items are exempt from exchange and refund. These include gift certificates/vouchers, bespoke commissions, personalised products and sale items discounted at a reduced price.

We recommend you return your purchase in appropriate packaging and obtain proof of postage. Refunds and exchanges will not be possible where labels are removed and where items are soiled or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.
