Approximately 312 clasps were issued to H.M.S. Boadicea for the expedition under Vice Admiral Sir Edmund Freemantle against Sultan Fumo Bakari of Witu.
With copy service papers. Henry was born 4th March 1867 in Bridport, Dorset. He enlisted on 4th February 1886 at Salisbury giving his trade as a ‘Fireman’ into the Royal Marines Light Infantry/ Royal Navy.
